本函数列出本包CMSY++相关函数用到的每个组件，包括其版本、下载链接、文件大小、校验值（MD5和SHA-256）、许可证和应引用的文献：CMSY++代码、人工神经网络、用户手册和训练数据（随本包提供）、各操作系统的JAGS安装程序、rjags包、CMSY++用到的其他R包，以及内置先验表所依据的FishBase和SeaLifeBase版本（见cmsy_priors()）。

This function lists every component used by the CMSY++ functions of the package, with its version, download link, file size, checksums (MD5 and SHA-256), licence and the reference to cite: the CMSY++ code, neural network, user guide and training data (bundled with the package), the JAGS installers for each operating system, the rjags package, the other R packages CMSY++ uses, and the FishBase and SeaLifeBase releases behind the built-in table of priors (see cmsy_priors()).

随本包提供的CMSY++文件是GEOMAR的存储库OceanRep（记录52147）中未经修改的2021年3月版本，以CC BY 4.0许可证发布；同样的代码也发布在GitHub：https://github.com/SISTA16/cmsyPlusPlus。cmsy_run()在运行前会对代码副本做少量有记录的修改（见cmsy_system()），不改变方法本身。本包与CMSY++的作者无关联，也未得到其认可。

The CMSY++ files bundled with the package are the unmodified March 2021 release from GEOMAR’s repository OceanRep (record 52147), published under the CC BY 4.0 licence; the same code is on GitHub at https://github.com/SISTA16/cmsyPlusPlus. cmsy_run() applies a few documented changes to a copy of the code before running it (see cmsy_system()); they do not change the method. faofishingreport is not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors of CMSY++.
